GFWC Junior Woman's Club of Midtown

The GFWC Junior Woman's Club of Midtown is a non profit community service organization comprised of young women in Tallahassee, FL. 


Our mission is to elevate people, enrich lives and connect our community by educating, outreaching and volunteering.

The nominations committee is pleased to announce that nominations were accepted for the following slate of officers for the 2014-2015 club administration.  Join us at the April meeting for elections.  Nominations are also permitted from the floor at the April meeting prior to the election.

Great American Bake Sale!

We raised almost $575 for Share Our

Strength at our Great American Bake Sale

held at the Fifth Annual St Patrick's Day

Festival on March 15, 2014!  Share Our

Strength's  No Kid Hungry campaign

connects kids in need with nutritious

food and teaches their families how to

cook healthy, affordable meals. The

campaign also engages the public to

make ending childhood hunger a national



                            Painting with a Twist


                             Join us on April 7, 2014 for 7-9 PM at
                             Painting with a Twist on North Monroe!   The cost is $35 for the class and a portion of the proceeds go to the charity of our choice with is Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend!  This is a great time to meet our clubmembers and raise money for a good cause.  Please BYOB and bring a snack to share.
